The Siemens SITRANS LVL200 Level Switch, model 7ML5747-2AA14-1AA0-Z-Y01, is a high-reliability vibrating fork point level switch engineered for precise liquid and slurry level detection in demanding industrial environments. Advanced Vibrating Fork Technology
Utilizing advanced vibrating fork technology, the switch employs a piezoelectric drive to oscillate the fork at approximately 1,200 Hz. When the fork contacts media, the frequency shifts instantly, triggering a reliable switching signal that ensures accurate detection even in challenging conditions with turbulence, bubbles, foam, or minor buildup. The instrument operates effectively with media density ≥ 0.5 g/cm³, accommodating various liquid and slurry types.
